Overview

“How can we turn Coca-Cola's +One platform into a mobile experience that builds loyalty across multiple brands, while delivering personalization, gamification, and accessibility?”

We partnered with Coca-Cola to evolve it from a static brand hub into a mobile-first loyalty platform. The goal was to build a personalized experience that encouraged users to explore and engage with multiple Coca-Cola brands while embedding accessibility and inclusivity into the product's foundation.

Our Approach

We began with targeted research and journey mapping to identify friction points and opportunities. I led workshops to align goals and define key engagement moments. I designed user flows that promoted exploration, featuring Key App features.

The app's visual language evolved into a dynamic system that honors Coca-Cola’s heritage while feeling fresh and modern. Every design was made with scalability in mind to integrate multiple brands into a unified experience.

My Role

My role started during the initial phases of the project, where I was involved in the Initial Discovery, User Journey Mapping, Wireframe Development, OKRs definitions, and initial usability tests. Also I was responsible for creating and validating the UI and User Flows.

Results & Impact

The redesigned app launched with measurable success:

  • +30% increase in user engagement

  • +25% boost in user satisfaction

  • 78% audit pass rate across platforms

  • 93 accessibility issues resolved

  • Unified multi-brand loyalty experience

Beyond the metrics, the new +One platform helped reshape Coca-Cola’s approach to accessibility and digital loyalty, becoming a model for future initiatives.
