Our Approach
We began with targeted research and journey mapping to identify friction points and opportunities. I led workshops to align goals and define key engagement moments. I designed user flows that promoted exploration, featuring Key App features.
The app's visual language evolved into a dynamic system that honors Coca-Cola’s heritage while feeling fresh and modern. Every design was made with scalability in mind to integrate multiple brands into a unified experience.
My Role
My role started during the initial phases of the project, where I was involved in the Initial Discovery, User Journey Mapping, Wireframe Development, OKRs definitions, and initial usability tests. Also I was responsible for creating and validating the UI and User Flows.
