In 2024, we partnered with The Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) to completely rebuild their mobile application.
The existing app had become outdated in technology and design, leading to reliability issues during peak usage times when users need it most.

Impact
The revamped ERCOT app features 65% faster load times and 99.9% uptime during peak usage. User engagement increased by 40%, with session durations tripling.
The app meets WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and includes new features like personalized alerts, interactive outage maps, and energy-saving tips, all developed through a cross-platform approach.
